Make a shortlist of 10 clinics in a Google Sheet. Columns: Clinic Name, Area, Phone, Rating, Why They Need This. Spend 10 minutes here, no more.
Turn on the Vibe Prospecting connector inside Claude.
This is the magic piece — it pulls verified business contacts (owner names, real emails, phone numbers) from across the web so you're not cold-calling reception desks.
If you don't have it on yet, go to Claude settings, find connectors, and enable Vibe Prospecting. You'll need to authorize it once.
Paste this prompt into Claude (replace the brackets):
I'm building a website for [Clinic Name] in [Area, City]. Do two things: 1. Use Vibe Prospecting to find the owner/director's verified email and phone number for this clinic. 2. Write a complete website-build prompt I can paste into Emergent. The site needs: - Hero section with clinic name, tagline, and CTA to book - Services page (list typical services for this specialty) - Doctor/team bio section - Working booking form (name, phone, preferred date, reason for visit) - Location with embedded Google Map - Patient testimonials section - Contact + working hours - Mobile-first, clean medical aesthetic, calming colors - SEO meta tags for "[specialty] clinic in [area]"
Claude will hand you back a clean Emergent prompt + the owner's contact details. One shot.
Open emergent.sh, paste the prompt, hit generate. Walk away, make coffee.
Come back to a live, hosted, fully working website. It's already got a real URL — you can share it as-is.
Quick QA before you send: open the site on your phone, click every button, fill out the booking form once, scroll through every section. If something's broken, ask Emergent to fix that one thing.
Find the clinic on Instagram or WhatsApp Business (the number is on their Google listing). Send this:
DM Template
Hi [Dr./Owner name], I saw [Clinic Name] on Google and noticed you don't have a website yet. I built one for you to show what's possible — here's the live link: [URL] If you like it, I can take it live under your own domain (yourclinic.com) for ₹15,000, fully done. No monthly fee, no tech work on your end. It's already built — just say the word.
That's it. No long pitch. The link does the work.
Most clinic owners have been promised websites for years by agencies quoting ₹50K–₹1L and 2 months. You're showing up with the finished product, at a fraction of the price, today.
They're not buying a promise — they're buying something they can see, click, and feel proud of. Expect roughly 30–50% to say yes if your shortlist is good. Even 1 in 5 at ₹15K is real money for an afternoon's work.
Ready-made answers when they push back.
Q:"Can you make it cheaper?"
Offer ₹12K if they pay today, otherwise ₹15K. Don't go below ₹10K.
Q:"I want changes."
Most changes (colors, photos, doctor bio, services list) take 5 mins in Emergent. Quote ₹2K extra for major changes (new sections, multi-language).
Q:"What about hosting?"
Emergent hosts it. First year included in the ₹15K. After that ₹3K/year for renewal.
Q:"What about my domain?"
You buy it for them on GoDaddy or Namecheap (~₹800), bill it inside the ₹15K.
Once you've closed 2–3, this becomes a system.
The Loop
Find → Prompt → Build → DM → Close
The first one is the slowest. By your fifth clinic you'll do the whole cycle in under an hour.
